Hailey Bieber has been making waves on Instagram recently with her chic new bob haircut. The 26-year-old shared a series of photos on her page, showing off her burnt orange outfit and black coat. Many fans commented on her post, with some saying she looked fierce. However, some followers brought up her rumored feud with Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber’s ex-girlfriend.
Hailey and Kylie Jenner were accused of poking fun at Selena’s eyebrows on social media, but Kylie denied the rumors last week. Amidst the rumored rift, Selena announced she was taking a break from TikTok. She has been open before about scaling back her social media use to prioritize her mental health.
In her recent documentary, “In My Mind and Me,” Selena spoke about her mental health journey. Access Hollywood spoke to her at the premiere of the documentary, and she shared what she feared most in her darkest moments.
“I think I was scared of myself, the way I was treating myself, the way I was talking about my body,” Selena said. “It breaks my heart just to think that’s who I was, and it was really heartbreaking for me to know that. I hope I never…I just don’t want anyone to feel what I feel or have walked through. I feel like this can’t be an emotional carpet for you. What are you feeling right now and why?”
“I’m very nervous,” Selena admitted. “This has been exciting but a little overwhelming, to be honest. I think I am still a little shaky, but I’m excited to be here, and I’m happy that it’s going to be released.”
For anyone struggling at home who may be watching and going through something similar, Selena had some advice.
“We would encourage them to not be afraid to seek help, but at the same time, learn about it, understand what it is,” she said. “Because once you have the knowledge of what you’re going through, you’re less afraid of it. So I would say, learn as much as you can. Thank you.”
